Empowering you to heal from past wounds and align with your true calling
Vivica’s Approach
A Holistic Path to Healing and Purpose
Do you feel called to make a meaningful change in the world but struggle with health, self-worth, or relationships? Many sensitive people feel this pull yet face challenges that hold them back, including anxiety, high stress, or feeling ungrounded. I offer a compassionate, holistic approach based on Indigenous wisdom, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic healing, and functional nutrition. Together, we work to unlock the strengths hidden within your challenges.
Each difficulty holds the potential for growth. When we face our struggles—whether physical issues or self-sabotaging patterns—we uncover our true wisdom. This journey involves honoring these challenges as essential parts of your path, allowing you to heal and grow.
As you release what once held you back, you reconnect with your true self, gaining self-compassion and empathy to extend to others. I am here to support you on this path with dedication and care.

Hi, I am Vivica!
Hi, I’m Vivica. I was born in Italy, but I feel more like a citizen of the Earth. My journey has been rich and challenging, filled with experiences that have shaped who I am and the work I do. I’m a holistic practitioner, specializing in Internal Family Systems Therapy and trauma-informed care, especially for those integrating psychedelic experiences. I also draw on a background in functional nutrition, neuroplasticity tools, physical nervous system healing, and neurotransmitter rebalancing, as well as Amazonian plant medicine and shamanic practices. Each of these informs my approach to healing and self-discovery.
Holistic Offerings for Your Unique Journey of Healing and Transformation
Vivica’s approach is a blend of sacred shamanic practices, modern therapeutic methods, and practical support for sensitive individuals seeking true healing. Each offering is designed to support you in aligning with your authentic self and embodying your purpose. Whether you're looking for guidance in trauma healing, nervous system support, or self-discovery, these sessions provide a tailored path to your wholeness.
Each session draws from a range of therapeutic and spiritual practices, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, somatic techniques, self-reflection exercises, and functional nutrition. These elements are woven into the following core components to support your journey.

Vivica's Core Skills & Modalities
Classic Internal Family Systems (IFS)
A compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic approach that helps clients identify, understand, and harmonize the various 'parts' within themselves. Through IFS, Vivica guides clients in healing past wounds, creating internal harmony, and strengthening self-compassion.
Shamanic IFS (School of R. Falconer)
This unique adaptation of IFS incorporates shamanic perspectives, acknowledging the spiritual dimensions of self-healing. Inspired by the teachings of R. Falconer, Vivica combines shamanic practices with IFS techniques to offer clients a holistic, soul-centered healing experience.
Amazonian Shipibo Curanderismo
Drawing on years of apprenticeship with Shipibo healers, Vivica offers traditional Amazonian shamanic practices that honor Indigenous wisdom. Through Shipibo curanderismo, she provides a grounded, sacred space for clients to explore plant medicine integration and spiritual healing.
Functional Nutrition
Vivica offers targeted nutritional guidance aimed at nourishing and regulating the nervous system while supporting hormonal balance. This approach strengthens the body’s resilience and stability, providing a solid foundation that complements emotional and spiritual healing.
What is Internal Family Systems Therapy?
The Internal Family Systems Model (IFS) is a non-pathologizing model of psychotherapy created by Richard Schwartz in the 1980’s. IFS is based on the premise that similar to the complex external family system, individuals are composed of separate and multifaceted internal parts in relationship with each other. Underlying them is a person's Self, which can be called one’s true or eternal essence.Â
In the IFS model, there are three types of parts:
- Exiles represent the wounded parts of the system, often from childhood, which have been exiled to the basement of the psyche; they carry the pain, fear and anger of the trauma. Managers and Firefighters try to protect a person's consciousness by preventing the Exiles' pain from coming to awareness.
- Protectors: Managers take on a preemptive role. They influence the way a person interacts with the external world, protecting the person from harm and preventing painful or traumatic experiences from flooding the person's conscious awareness. Their motto is; “Never again!”
- Protectors: Firefighters emerge when Exiles break out of the basement and demand attention. They work to divert attention away from the Exile's hurt and shame, which leads to impulsive and/or inappropriate behaviors like overeating, drug use or violence. They can also be called distractors because they distract a person from pain by excessively focusing attention on other activities such as overworking or overmedicating.

The 8 C’s of Self
These are the qualities of Self energy, innately present in every person, even when not consciously available.Â
- Curiosity
- Calm
- Confidence
- Compassion
- Creativity
- Clarity
- Courage
- Connectedness
A core principle of IFS is that every part has a positive intent, even if its actions are counterproductive and/or cause dysfunction. There is no need to fight with, or eliminate parts; the IFS method promotes internal connection and harmony to bring the mind back into balance. Through IFS we get access to Self and then, from there, we witness and understand the different parts in order to heal them.Â

Dr Sally F.
Vivica has a consistently gentle and kind manner coupled with deep listening skills and strong intuition. She quickly created a safer container in which I felt seen, heard, relaxed and very safe.
Her knowledge and application of IFS is thorough and insightful.
Over the course of our short time together Vivica guided me to a place of more self acceptance, compassion and energy for which I am incredibly grateful.

I know you said you get so much out of helping others but I wanted to say again how thankful I am to have come in contact with you. I'm very thankful for the knowledge and passion that I do have and I wish everyone could at least even make the changes I have made and I'm so passionate so many people could get healed with just lifestyle changes. I've healed so much and come so far and feel great. So, thank you for being there for me and I'll do whatever I can to support you as well and recommend you. I have faith and I have been praying for this and I will continue to pray for me, and our journey but also you as an individual. Whatever you believe, know there are good vibes coming your way!
